The KU Herp Division has maintains a dedicated histology laboratory that is dedicated to detailed anatomical study, clearing and staining, and serial sectioning of small specimens
We're proud of our obsolete technology like this microtome (a device that slices biological specimens into thin, transparent sections for microscopic study)
