Research Interests
I am interested in many aspects of the biology of solitary bees, particularly the evolution of oil collecting behavior and as well as understanding how provisioning rates vary among bees of differing levels of host specificity. I also dabble in various aspects of pollination biology and lately have taken up describing some of the more distinctive of the numerous undescribed species of Texas bees.
